How USATestprep Developed Its Nevada HSPE Review
Nevada High School Proficiency Examinations (HSPE)In order to receive a standard high school diploma, all Nevada students must pass all portions of the Nevada High School Proficiency Examinations (HSPE) and meet all other district and state requirements. This consists of Reading, Writing and Math Exams for all current students. Beginning with the class of 2009, students are also required to pass a science exam. All items are based upon the 1998 and 1999 prioritized Nevada State Content Standards. All test items have been developed by Nevada educators. Students have an unlimited number of opportunities to pass the exams beginning in the 10th grade. However, prior to their third and subsequent testing attempts, students must receive remediation and/or be enrolled in an approved course of study with the intent of completing requirements for a high school diploma or equivalent.
USATestprep, Inc. has carefully researched all of the standards set forth in the Nevada State Standards and has developed questions, answers and vocabulary based on these standards. There is no relationship (real or implied) between the Nevada Department of Education and USATestprep, Inc. It is our intent that the content of our web page will closely match the test-taking experience. However, there is no guarantee of content overlap as every year the DOE makes new tests, and every year the USATestprep, Inc. library of questions grows. It is simply our desire that through your experiences on this website, you may become more comfortable with the content and gain the knowledge necessary to successfully complete whatever the Department of Education puts on the High School Proficiency Examinations.
